The Living & Dining

The open-plan living area is the heart of the cottage, featuring characterful exposed beams and a welcoming log burner. With comfortable seating for six, it’s the perfect place to gather after a day at the beach or exploring nearby trails. The adjacent kitchen enjoys garden views and is ideal for long, relaxed meals together.

The Kitchen

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay, including a range-style cooker, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Open shelves, quality cookware, and thoughtful touches make it easy to feel at home. Whether preparing breakfast or dinner, you’ll find everything you need close to hand.

The Bedrooms

  • The Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable super-king-size bed and a private ensuite with a modern shower. Soft lighting and neutral tones create a relaxing atmosphere for unwinding at the end of the day. You'll wake to views of the surrounding countryside and the peaceful sounds of nature.

  • The Second Bedroom: This flexible room can be arranged as a king-size or two twin beds, making it ideal for friends, teens, or grandparents. It’s bright and airy, with ample storage and high-quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A versatile space that adapts to suit your group.

  • The Loft Room: Tucked away upstairs, the loft bedroom offers a cosy hideaway for children or younger guests. Twin beds, sloped ceilings, and a skylight create a sense of adventure. It’s a lovely, light-filled space that children adore.

The Outside

Step out into a private garden that offers peace, privacy, and countryside views. There’s a terrace with a dining area for alfresco meals, and a luxurious hot tub where you can soak under the stars. The hot tub is available for an additional fee and can be arranged before your stay. With a secure fenced area, it’s also ideal for dogs and younger children to play safely.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most wonderful time at the cottage. Everything was as expected and more with the cottage being spotless and absolutely beautiful. From the fantastic house to the hot tub to The Pigs Nose (a short walk) to the amazing coastal path walk to Salcombe and even an October swim in the sea; we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for such a special weekend. 🙂

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at 8 Moor Farm, a lovely house, we all slept well, cosy living room, spacious house, fun board games, hot tub, beautiful garden, friendly neighbours. Mill beach was great, the boats over to Salcombe were fun (and dog friendly). Beesands and Slapton a must visit - so much history. We all had the best time including our greyhound who was safely secure in the garden - I would highly recommend to others and would love to come again.
